Toyota Motor Sales:

Toyota wanted to integrate the parts and service departments for a national promotion. Parts are sold by Toyota to individual dealerships but service is handled by the dealer personnel. As a results the two divisions at Toyota did not work together to achieve corporate goals.

We created an incentive program for the car owner, the parts department and the service department. For one to win all won. The integration of these three diverse groups created one of the most successful promotions in the history of Toyota.
